PURPOSE OF COLLECTING AND KEEPING PERSONAL DATA

The Lighting Design Family Tree (LDFT) Project and all related projects (such as DESIGN DNA) will use the personal data collected from you only for the purposes for which it was collected.

Personal data in this instance refers to all information submitted via the form.

For the LDFT, we are collecting the data in order to be able to create both a physical Family Tree and an online version and to e-mail you about the development of the project.

For DESIGN DNA, we are collecting data in order to create an online database of share data that you can access and using this information to inform a light installation program.

PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA AND DISCLOSURE

Your personal data will be kept strictly confidential and securely.

The LDFT Project will not divulge, sell, trade or rent personal data to external parties for their own purpose.

The DESIGN DNA project will share data with the project partners in order to facilitate the aspects of the project outlined above.

ACCESS AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

You are entitled to request access to and correct your personal data held by the LDFT Project and all related projects (such as DESIGN DNA) and request us to cease use of your personal data at any time without charge.
